Mean Value Deviation Plots

Yes, it would probably be nicer if these plots were merged, with a different colour identifying each egg. Unfortunately, gnuplot doesn't seem to be able to plot more than one data set on a given graph, so for the moment each egg and the composite data has its own chart. A custom plotting program (or clever merging of multiple gnuplot images with PBMplus) would solve this problem, but I'll defer that for the moment.
